Acorn Processing

This experience is generally a follow-up to a Rewilding Walk in Autumn

We will forage a large amount of acorns and learn how to process them into flour.

Whilst it is a labour-intensive process that requires time and effort, this activity opens the eyes to getting a large amount of sustainable calories off the land.

Things we love about acorns:

- Acorn coffee
- Acorn flour (for bread, porridge, pancakes and more)
- Tannin extraction (for tanning hides, dyeing fabrics, & producing ink)

If you want to book George and Amber-Rose for a rewilding experience get in touch.
