Foraging

When we take you into nature we’re looking to empower your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through the rewilding movement.

A huge part of this is done through foraging. Finding natural whole foods that are unprocessed, free of chemical additives, rich in nutrients foods. Real food.
It's an exciting experience that brings you closer to your ancestral self.

Along the way, we'll hope to find (and try out) a variety of wild edibles and wild teas, whilst also talking about the other uses such as natural medicines and bushcraft uses.

If we're on a retreat, we love to bring home what we've foraged and follow up with balm and tincture making!
