On a Rope Flow session, you’ll explore the art of movement using a rope to guide us, enhancing mobility, and overall body awareness.

This practice helps develop rhythm, strengthen joints, and improve athletic performance while promoting a meditative state.

You’ll learn the three foundational patterns, overhand, underhand and dragon roll. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced mover, this session will help you unlock new ways to move and improve mind-body connection.
