Seven Practices

Movement

Hand in hand with our development as indoor beings is our development as sedentary beings. With many comforts only a click away, our need for compound physical movement lessens every year. Movement is now seen as an optional practice, with some humans no longer practising any movement regularly.

We now know the impact that movement had on the development of the human brain and the healing power that a movement practise can have on wellbeing. Our bodies desire feedback every day, and we have a responsibility to provide it with the feedback that it needs to thrive.

The future of humanity will include a commitment to regular movement as long as we still have organic bodies. What movement have you practised recently?
